Hello, All:

Welcome to my expanded attorney’s website, where I’ll be focusing not only on independent film production and its many ancillary elements, but the specifics of the Securities, Private Placement, and Investor Documentation work that is a significant part of my law practice.

I will be maintaining my “indie producer” website at pwilkeindieatty.com. Please visit at your convenience. It has a wealth of information on indie movie productions, including the basic stages of production, as well as glossary and FAQ sections, and a Legal Guidelines tab containing a few articles I’ve written for avvo.com on movie production and money raising legal issues.

If you have any questions about my ongoing indie film/entertainment or securities law practice, please contact me at petewilke1@aol.com.  My phone number is 323-397-5380. It’s always great to hear from you!

All the best,
PETE WILKE
